Description

This egg white mix is made from a mixture of egg albumen, separated from quality farm fresh eggs, blended with vegetable gums and a whipping agent, pasteurized and frozen. Its great for making desserts, cakes and omelettes. Egg Whites are also good sources of protein, vitamins and minerals. One kilogram of frozen pasteurised egg white mix when thawed is equivalent to the amount of egg white separated from approximately 30 medium sized eggs.
